Take a break from a busy life and re-charge your batteries during Days of Mindfulness.

Program suitable for everyone who has completed 8 week or 5 day MBSR course.


Benefits of Mindfulness continues practice - Mindfulness Retreats:

It is really importantfrom time to time to take time away from the busyness of one’s normal daily routine, giving yourself and your practice some dedicated time and attention.

These days of Mindfulness are given in silence offering you a gentle quiet space to listen to the whispers of your own heart and being, to reconnect and connect deeply with yourself and your life as it is in this particular moment.

The day will include:

  • Sitting Meditation,
  • Walking Meditation ,
  • Body Scan Meditation,
  • Mindful Movement
  • Loving Kindness Practice.

Mindful Lunch is part of the day eating and sharing the gift of food together. Participants are asked to bring some food to share.

The days are open to anyone who has completed a course and/ or who have their own practice established.
