Day of Reconnection & Mindfulness


Upcoming Dates;

Nourish your practice and nourish yourself with a day of mindfulness

This day is suitable for everyone who has completed an 8 week or 5 day MBSR Course.


It is really important from time to time to take time away from the busyness of one’s normal daily routine, giving yourself and your practice some dedicated time and attention.

These days of Mindfulness are given in silence offering you a gentle quiet space to listen to the whispers of your own heart and being, to reconnect and connect deeply with yourself and your life as it is in this particular moment.

The day will include:

  • Sitting Meditation,

  • Walking Meditation ,

  • Body Scan Meditation,

  • Mindful Movement

  • Loving Kindness Practice.

  • Teaching on some aspect of the MBSR Course

Mindful Lunch is part of the day eating and sharing the gift of food together. Participants are asked to bring some food to share.

The days are open to anyone who has completed a course and/ or who have their own practice established.
