Open to anyone who has taken 8 week or 5 day MBSR course and who would like to practice with others.


Why practicing Mindfulness regularly with a group:

Having completed a mindfulness course, people often find it difficult and lonely keeping up their daily practice at home. It is really important from time to time to take time away from the busyness of one’s normal daily routine, giving yourself and your practice some dedicated time and attention.

Sitting and being in community with others strengthens and nourishes our practice and each other’s practice.
