A Day of Mindfulness
It is really important from time to time to take time away from the busyness of one’s normal daily routine to give yourself and your practice some dedicated time and attention.
Time just for yourself...
These days of Mindfulness are given mainly in silence offering you a gentle quiet space in community with others to practice, to learn and to listen to the whispers of your own heart and being right now.
It offers you time to reconnect and connect deeply with yourself and your life as it is in this particular moment nourishing your practice and your being moment by moment.
It is also really supportive to practice in the company of others and connect and share experiences, challenges and gifts that mindfulness brings into all our lives.
