Monthly Mindfulness Practice Group in Cork

This regular mindfulness group in Cork aims to support you in practicing mindfulness on a regular basis, so you can continue benefit from this method.

Having completed a 8 week MBSR or 5 day MBCT course , people often find it difficult and lonely keeping up the momentum and energy of their daily practice at home. It is really important to have the support and friendship on others who wish to practice and nourish mindfulness in their own daily lives.

Sitting and being in community with others strengthens and nourishes our practice and each other’s practice.

To support this , we offer regular days of Mindfulness and a monthly Mindfulness Practice Group in Cork, so that we can practice together and support each other.

 

What is involved in Monthly Mindfulness Group

These monthly sessions involve:

•         Guided Sitting Meditation

•         Mindful Walking

•         Silent Sitting

•         Mindful Sharing

 

NOTE: Programme open to anyone who has taken a MBSR course and who would like to practice with others.
